There can be many reasons why you are not listed on the search engines, one of the main ones is your site may not have been submitted to the search engines yet.  The second reason is the content on your page, if you have just put hello I'm here and I do driving lessons and your phone number, there is no way a search engine will list your site as it requires good quality text talking about the products/services you offer.  I would suggest at least three paragraphs containing the minimum of 5 lines per paragraph.  The first paragraph is the main area search engines look at and this is the one you want to concentrate on what services you offer and the locations you cover.  Over the next few weeks we will be having more video tutorials and sample text to help you with the design of your own website.  If you wish for me to check what you have written on your site please use our customer support system including your web address so I can take a look and offer some suggestions.

http://www.google.com/addurl/?continue=/addurl This link will submit your website to the Google Search Engine.

Please remember to only submit the maximum of once every month, you will be heavily penalised for constantly submitting your site.  These are the main two search engines you need to submit to as all other search engines will pick up your website details from Yahoo and Google.

Please note Yahoo can take up to 12 weeks to list you and Google can take up to 8 months, there are no short cuts the one thing I would always recommend to speed things up is to have good quality content on your website.
